Dia Silverstein has always been passionate about justice and human rights which is why she decided to study law after immigrating to Ireland from the United States. She works in the areas of immigration, international protection, and conveyancing with SMD Solicitors in Cork.
Dia qualified as a solicitor in December 2022 and she received a Certificate in Immigration Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland in May 2022. She is an active member of the Irish Immigration Lawyers Association, the Southern Law Association, and the Irish Centre for European Law.
